Brie & Cranberry Bites


1 Roll of Puff Pastry
Melted butter to grease tin
1 lovely organic Little Milk Company Brie 150g
Cranberry Sauce
Rosemary chopped to garnish



You can use whatever size muffin/cake tin you have, I used a mini one but a regular one could be perfect size for a starter also. Silicone would be ideal to help prevent stickiness!


Preheat oven to 190’C

Grease a muffin tin with the butter, if you have silicone that would be perfect

Cut the puff pastry into the shape to fit your tin

Cut up brie and put a piece into each puff pastry base

Put a dollop of cranberry sauce in each one

Sprinkle with Rosemary

Cook for approx. 12 mins


Serve immediately & enjoy!
