Cheese & Potato Cakes
Health Benefits: Potatoes are an excellent source of vitamin C, a good source of potassium (more than a banana!), a good source of vitamin B6 and Fat, sodium and cholesterol free!
- 300g of Grated raw Potato
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup of The Little Milk Company Mature Cheese
- ¼ cup of finely diced onion
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- Finely diced cooked rasher / bacon
- Salt & Pepper
Mix all the ingredients together and place in a silcone muffin case and bake at 180 C for 25 mins.
