Wild Garlic Pesto made with Little Milk Company Vintage Cheddar
Fun to go foraging for some Wild Garlic to make this lovely Wild Garlic Pesto. Very healthy and easy to make. Great for adding to various recipes OR just as good to use for dipping crusty bread in!
120g of The Little Milk CompanyVintage Cheddar cheese, grated
350ml of Irish Rape Seed oil
50g of pine nuts
50g Hazel nuts
200g of wild garlic leaves, stems cut off, washed and dried
Sea salt and ground black pepper
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Add more oil if you prefer a looser consistency.
Season with sea salt and ground black pepper.
Transfer to clean jars and top with an extra oil to create a seal.
