Mild Cheddar

Our top medal winner, though this semi hard cheddar is our “Mild” it packs a punch with taste.  It has been matured for up to 6 months giving it a very distinctive strong taste with a full creamy flavour, making it a favourite of Little Milk Co fans. It is made in 18kg wheels which we can cut to our customer requirements,  135g pre packs are also available.

Before enjoying Little Milk Co Mild Cheddar take out of the fridge for at least an hour - 11 degrees celcius is the optimum temperature for enjoying its creamy texture and flavour! 

Pairing with wine? We recommend pairing with a full bodied & aromatic white or medium bodied red wine, try Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Sangiovese or Syrah. This is one of the first cheeses you should try when enjoying a Little Milk Company cheese board due to its milder flavour, or why not try melting on homemade burgers as used by many of our customers in their restaurants.

This only contains vegetarian rennet and therefore is suitable for vegetarians!
