Cheese & Potato Cakes
Mother's Day in the US is Sunday May 14th. Why not make a special lunch for the mother in your life with this recipe for delicious (and easy to make!) Cheese & Potato Cakes! Lovely served on a bed of salad with a spinkle of balsamic vinegar dressing. Enjoy!
300g of Grated raw Potato
2 large eggs
½ cup of The Little Milk Company Vintage Cheese
¼ cup of finely diced onion
1 clove of crushed garlic
Finely diced cooked rasher / bacon
Salt & Pepper
Mix all the ingredients together and place in a silcone muffin case and bake at 180 C for 25 mins.
